Mrs Teresa Heyliger
Teresa Heyliger is responsible for the regulation / supervision and/or administration of Mutual Funds, Credit Unions and Friendly Societies. She graduated from Howard University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Phoenix University in 2008.
Teresa joined the Commission in 2009. Since her appointment she successfully received certification for completing workshops on securities markets with the Security Exchange Commission and Credit Union supervision workshop with CARTAC.
