Board of Directors - Carl Harrigan - Member
Carl Harrigan holds an Msc Accounting and Finance Degree from the University of Birmingham in England.
He has held several positions in the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Department since 1973 in which five years were in the capacity of Permanent Secretary Finance, which he still holds. He served as Secretary to the Economic Planning Unit and also as Chairman of the Tenders Board and the Social Security Board and is a member of Social Security Investment Committee. Mr. Harrigan is also a Director of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, the Anguilla Development Board and the Public Service Pension Board.
