Mr Glyne Buchanan
Mr. Glyne Buchanan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting from the Baltimore University in 2003. In 2011, he graduated from Liberty University with his MBA in Accounting. He also obtained a STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from CLT International in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
He commenced working with the Anguilla Financial Services Commission in July 2008. He is responsible for the Offshore Banking and Insurance sectors. Prior to working for the Commission, he worked in the United States as a staff accountant for a telecommunication company and a CPA firm.
