Members of the Commission - Derek A C St. Rose - Deputy Director
 

          Derek A.C. St. Rose has over sixteen years experience and training in financial services regulation and supervision, development and policy formulation. He held several positions at the Ministry of Finance in St. Lucia prior to joining the Commission, the last being Head of Insurance in the Financial Services Supervision Unit. He has extensive experience in regulating and supervising both domestic and international financial services business. He also worked with St. Lucia’s social security organisation.

Mr. St. Rose holds an MBA (Finance) from Charles Sturt University, Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and E-Commerce from the London School of Commerce and a BSc. in Management Studies (Honours) from the University of the West Indies (Mona, Jamaica). He is also an Associate of the Toronto International Leadership Centre for Financial Sector Supervision (Canada).
