Board of Directors - Dennis Cross - Chairman
Dennis Cross is a native of England and has a degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham. He has been Chairman of the Commission since its inception in 2004.
He qualifies as a Chartered Accountant (England & Wales) in London in 1965 and pursued an international career in public accounting including gaining membership of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Canada and Bahamas. He served in London from 1961 to 1966, in Nassau with KPMG from 1966 to 1991 becoming managing partner in 1987, and Budapest from 1991, retiring as Deputy Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Hungary at the end of 2002.
